ಕೇವಲ ಕಾನೂನು ಮತ್ತು ಕಳಕಳಿ, ಹಿರಿಯ ನಾಗರಿಕರ ಬದುಕನ್ನು ಸಹನೀಯಗೊಳಿಸಲಾರವು. ಪರಿಚಿತ ಪರಿಸರದಲ್ಲಿ ಸುಸಜ್ಜಿತ "ವಾತ್ಸಲ್ಯ ರೆಸಿಡೆನ್ಸಿ" ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಂಡು ಆಸಕ್ತರ ಅಪೇಕ್ಷೆಗಳನ್ನು ಈಡೇರಿಸುವುತ್ತ ಭರವಸೆ ಮೂಡಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಹಿತಾಸಕ್ತಿಯ, ತೋಟಗಾರರ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಸಂಘ ಸಂಕೀರ್ಣ, ಟಿ. ಎಸ್. ಎಸ್. ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆ, ಜನಗೇರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರೀಪಾದ ಹೆಗಡೆ ಕಡವೆ ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠಾನದ ಗೋಶಾಲೆಗಳಂಥ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕಾರ್ಯಗತಗೊಳಿಸಿ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ಗಣನೀಯ ಯೋಗದಾನವಿತ್ತ ಬಪ್ಪನಳ್ಳಿ ಎಮ್.ಪಿ.ಹೆಗಡೆಯವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಸೇವಾ ಕ್ಷಮತೆಯನ್ನು ಮೆರೆದಿದ್ದಾರೆ.ಅವರ ಹಿರಿತನದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಪ್ಪನಳ್ಳಿ ಬಂಧುಗಳ ಆಶ್ರಯದಡಿ ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗೊಂದು ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ  ಪುನರ್ವಸತಿ ಯೋಜನೆ 'ವಾತ್ಸಲ್ಯ ರೆಸಿಡೆನ್ಸಿ' ಮೂರ್ತರೂಪತಾಳಿದೆ.ಆಸಕ್ತ ಹಿರಿಯರಿಗೆ ಒಂದು ನೆಮ್ಮದಿಯ ನೆಲೆಯಾಗಿ ಅವರ ಪರಿಶ್ರಮ ಸಾರ್ಥಕಗೊಳ್ಳಲಿದೆ.

जब मैंने उस बिल्डिंग को बाहर से देखा तो लगा नहीं वहां ऐसा कुछ होगा। लेकिन जब मैंने उसमें पहला कदम रखा तो कुछ अलग तरह का वाइब्रेशन महसूस हुआ। तभी हमारे बड़े भाई श्री एमपी हेगड़े जी ने बताया की इस इमारत का नाम वात्सल्य रेसीडेंसी है। ये सुनते ही मेरे मन में अलग अलग तरह के भाव आने लगे। जब उन्होंने बताया की ये बिल्डिंग उन रिटायर्ड लोगों का घरौंदा बनने जा रहा है, जिनके बच्चे सुदूर देशों में या भारत के ही दूसरे शहरों में रहते हैं तो मन जिज्ञासा से भर उठा। उन्होंने बताया की दरअसल ये घर उनके लिए है जो तमाम अपनों के होने के बावजूद तनहा हैं... जो पैसे होने के बावजूद अपने लिए सुविधा जुटा पाने में असमर्थ हैं... जो घर जैसी सुविधा तो चाहते हैं पर उन्हें ये सब मुहैया कराने वाला कोई नहीं है... जो दोस्त तो चाहते हैं पर उन्हें कोई अपना जैसा मिल नहीं रहा है... हमसफ़र चाहते हैं पर उन्हें अपने जैसा जेहन नहीं मिल पा रहा है... 

तो वात्सल्य रेसीडेंसी समाज के सीनियर सिटीजन को वो सारी सुविधाएं मुहैया कराएगा जो उन्हें अपनों से नही मिला... 

यह सब सुन कर मेरा मन बुजुर्गों की तन्हाई के दर्द में डूबने उतराने लगा... पर वात्सल्य रेसीडेंसी के सपने को साकार होते देख कर शिद्दत से प्रफुल्लित भी हो उठा कि, कोई तो है जो आज हमारे बुजुर्गों से कह रहा है ' फिक्र मत करिए, मैं हूं ना...' बधाई और शुभकामनाएं श्री एमपी हेगड़े जी... आप और आपकी टीम बधाई की पात्र है... आप जो कर रहे हैं उसे जमाना याद रखेगा...

ಶಿರಸಿ ನಗರದ ಸುಂದರವಾದ ಹೊರವಲಯ ಚಿಪಗಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಲೆನಾಡಿನ ಶುದ್ಧ, ಆಹ್ಲಾದಕರ ವಾತಾವರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಕಾರಗೊಂಡಿರುವ "ವಾತ್ಸಲ್ಯ" ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ಹಿರಿಯ ನಾಗರಿಕರಿಗೆಂದೇ ಹೇಳಿಮಾಡಿಸಿದಂತಿದೆ. ಸ್ವಚ್ಚ ನೀರು ಇಲ್ಲಿನ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಆಸ್ತಿ. ಜೀವನದ ಸಂಧ್ಯಾಕಾಲ ಸಮೀಪಿಸಿತ್ತಿರುವಾಗ ವಯೋಸಹಜವಾಗಿ ಅಗತ್ಯವೆನಿಸುವ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ, ಆತ್ಮೀಯತೆ, ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ಭದ್ರತೆ, ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯಗಳ ಜೊತೆಗೆ "ವಾತ್ಸಲ್ಯ ಸೌಧದಲ್ಲಿ 'ಲಿಫ್ಟ್ ,ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನಾ ಕೊಠಡಿ, ಯೋಗ ತರಗತಿ, ಸಭಾಂಗಣದಂಥಹ ಆಧುನಿಕ ಸೌಕರ್ಯಗಳೂ ಇವೆ. ಪ್ರತಿ ಕೊಠಡಿಯೂ ಅತ್ಯಂಥ ಸುಸಜ್ಜಿತ ಹಾಗೂ ಮಾಗಿದ ಜೀವನ ಕ್ರಮಕ್ಕೆ ತುಂಬಾ ಅನುಕೂಲಕರ. ವಯಸ್ಸು ಮತ್ತು ವಾತಾವರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಹೊಂದಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಆರೋಗ್ಯಕರ ಶಾಖಾಹಾರಿ ಭೋಜನ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಮೆಚ್ಚುವಂಥದ್ದು. ತುರ್ತು ಸಂದರ್ಭಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನೆರವಿಗೆ ಧಾವಿಸುವ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯುತ ಆಡಳಿತ ವರ್ಗವು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಹೊರೆ ಹೊತ್ತಿದೆ. ನಾನಂತೂ ಈ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗೆ 10/10 ಅಂಕಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡುತ್ತೇನೆ.

It has been designed and constructed with utmost love and care by Mr. M.P Hegde with the intention of giving/setting a stage for 1st Innings and no 2nd innings done elsewhere.This facility was of need in our locality and is 1st with such facility.

Both totally and partially dependent elders have exclusive facilities ensuring a comfortable and peaceful life.

Very happy to note, sufficient care is taken about

 manpower and materials at all juncture to let their offsprings remain worry-free about the parents.
